Nice to see that it is still possible to catch fish in some parts of the world.Locally, in Southsea (Hampshire, U.K.)the Solent part of the English Channel has in recent years been hit by close inshore trawling + raw sewage discharge - at long last there has been a revival since last year with Bass to 4-8 lbs plus flat-fish to 1-3 lbs being
at least occasionally evident.Typically ragworm, peeler crab + squid are ledgered and as usual more success is seen with boat fishing.

Great pages. I'll add a link in the next update to my FAQ.Regards your Angelsey I'll agree that Llanbadrig is superb but the whiting at Penmon are also worth a mention. It's usually a full house on almost every cast whenever I've fished there in the winter.
